Article 1. Items and Purposes of Personal Information Collection and Use; Methods of Collection

The Company collects the following information with the user’s consent to provide the Services smoothly.

  1. Information collected at initial sign-upUnique identifier issued by the Service, user nickname, device identifiers (including ADID/IDFA), linked account information (such as Apple ID, Google ID), cookies, and similar information.
  2. Verification and identification information generated during operationWhen a user accesses the Company’s website or plays a game, the Company may automatically collect certain information from the user and/or the user’s device to perform contractual obligations more effectively, better understand users, and improve the Services and user experience. For purposes of ensuring service stability, preventing fraudulent use, protecting accounts and items, and restricting violations of law or the Terms of Service, the following may be collected: cookies; service usage records (time of visit, IP address, records of misuse, etc.); device information (unique device identifiers, OS version, hardware information, language settings, etc.); and, when using social login through external platforms, nickname, profile, and linkage keys. The Company may also collect specific technical information about mobile devices and computer systems such as MAC address, IP address, and mobile device ID; data about the device (e.g., device type and operating system in use); statistics on the user’s interactions within the game service (for example, game progress, levels, preferred settings, ads viewed, in-game preferences or overall game preferences, interactions with other users within the Service); user SNS friends list for social connections within the Service; and any other information for which the user has consented to processing (e.g., profile information, service messages, information sent to the Company via in-game mail). Such information may be used to provide customized services and for participation in promotions for the purposes of new service development and marketing/advertising/events.

Information collected when using paid services (subscriptions and in-app purchases)Payment identifier, payment method, purchase time, store account ID (e.g., Apple ID, Google ID), refund processing records. This information is used for processing in-app and subscription payments, refunds and customer support, preventing fraudulent payments, and resolving disputes.

Article 2. Installation and Operation of Automatic Collection Tools and How to Refuse

  1. Purpose of cookiesLike most online services, the Company and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to provide personalized services, analyze game usage, target advertisements, and prevent fraud. The Company uses cookies to store and retrieve information about users. A cookie is a small string of information sent by a website server to a user’s browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) or app. Cookies identify the user’s computer or mobile phone but do not personally identify the user.
  2. How to refuse cookiesMost web browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can modify your browser settings to refuse cookies. In that case, some functions of the Service may not operate properly. When advertising the Company’s Services on a device, the Company may use the device’s advertising identifier and related information to deliver ads relevant to user interests and to help improve and measure advertising campaign effectiveness.
